ConsultCloud AI Policy

    Last updated: 27 June 2026

This policy explains how ConsultCloud uses artificial intelligence within the application, what we do with the inputs you provide, and what we expect from customers when relying on AI-generated outputs.

    1. Where AI is used

    ConsultCloud uses AI features to:

    • Convert raw inputs such as notes, transcripts and emails into structured briefs.
    • Draft proposals, Statements of Work and supporting narratives from your brief and templates.
    • Suggest resources based on skills, seniority, availability and rates held in your workspace.
    • Summarise documents and surface relevant context within projects.

    2. Models and providers

We use third-party AI providers to host the underlying models. The selection of providers may change as the landscape evolves. We only send the content needed to fulfil the request and require contractual terms that restrict use of customer content for model training where the provider supports that option.

    3. Use of customer content

    • Customer content is processed only to deliver the feature you requested.
    • Customer content is not used by ConsultCloud to train foundation models.
    • Generated outputs are stored within your workspace and remain your property.

    4. Human oversight

AI outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them before sharing with clients or relying on them for commercial decisions. The application is designed so that every AI-generated artefact can be edited, replaced or discarded.

    5. Limitations

AI-generated content may contain mistakes, omissions or fabricated detail. It is not legal, financial or professional advice. Outputs may vary between runs even with similar inputs. Do not enter information into the application that you are not entitled to share.

    6. Sensitive information

Avoid uploading special category personal data, regulated health information or other particularly sensitive material unless your engagement specifically requires it and you have a lawful basis for doing so.

    7. Transparency with your clients

We encourage customers to be open with their own clients about the use of AI to draft project artefacts. Where regulatory frameworks require disclosure, customers are responsible for meeting those requirements.

    8. Changes

This policy may change as our use of AI evolves. Material changes will be notified within the application or by email.
